By using SAID AI services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
SAID AI provides AI-powered customer support solutions including chatbots, knowledge management, and conversation analytics.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the security of your login credentials.
You may not use our services for illegal activities, to harm others, or in ways that violate our community guidelines.
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data while granting us rights to process it for service delivery.
Fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide credits for significant downtime.
SAID AI retains rights to our software and technology. You retain rights to your content and data.
Either party may terminate the agreement with appropriate notice. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
