You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload while using SAID’s services. By submitting content, you grant SAID a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

SAID’s services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to SAID in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold SAID, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
