We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your information to provide relevant updates and communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Overview
SAID AI provides subscription-based access to our AI-powered communication and automation platform. Your subscription delivers ongoing access to SAID AI’s features, enhancements, security updates, and customer support for one monthly fee, plus a one-time, non-refundable onboarding and setup fee.
By subscribing to SAID AI, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Terms
- Onboarding Fee: A one-time, non-refundable onboarding and setup fee is due at the start of your subscription, prior to account activation.
- Monthly Subscription Fee: Your monthly subscription fee begins 30 days after onboarding, regardless of whether your team has fully deployed or adopted the platform.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until canceled in writing.
- Included Services: Your plan includes access to SAID AI’s platform features, updates, and standard support. Service levels may vary depending on your subscription tier.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice Required: Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by email at least 30 days before your desired termination date.
- Submission: Email cancellations must be sent to [email protected]. Written requests should be mailed to our business address. A cancellation confirmation will be provided within 3 business days.
- Effect of Cancellation:
- Your access to SAID AI will end at the conclusion of your subscription term.
- You may retain any data you have exported from the platform prior to cancellation.
- All proprietary software, configurations, models, and systems developed by SAID AI remain the intellectual property of SAID AI and are licensed for use only during an active subscription.
- Non-Payment: Repeated late or missed payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of your SAID AI subscription.
Refunds
- The onboarding fee and any subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Scope & Limitations
- Requests outside of your subscription tier (e.g., custom AI development, advanced integrations, or enterprise support) may require additional fees or a custom quote.
- Services outside of SAID AI’s platform (e.g., consulting, marketing campaigns, or third-party services) require separate agreements.
- To protect our intellectual property and platform integrity, direct access to SAID AI’s backend systems, proprietary models, or infrastructure is not provided.
Payment
- Payments are processed automatically via ACH or credit card.
- Late payments are subject to an 8% monthly late fee.
- Payments are due on the invoice due date. A 5-day grace period is provided before late fees apply. Accounts more than 15 days past due may be suspended.
Governing Law
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hamilton County, Indiana, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
